Ribbon or Paper Decorated Holiday Candles

I thought this was a cute idea that is fairly inexpensive. It's just a tray, some decorated Christmas balls and some ribbon or paper covered candles. I do it all the time just to add a punch of color that is changeable. It doesn't require Christmas candles. I saved this idea off a blog last year and I don't have a clue where I got the picture...so sorry!
